Your Whole Body is Our Whole Purpose

Patient Care Coordinator in an Awesome Environment!

Hello there! Thanks for checking us out.

You are a hard-working, friendly person who enjoys helping others.

You love being part of a team that actually collaborates and works together to achieve success for our patients.

Your motivation to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, comes from within.

And while you are quite organized, you are not afraid to think outside the box and come up with new solutions and embrace new ways of doing things.

And we’re guessing that you like balancing 5 spinning bowls and 8 spinning plates.

If this describes you to a tee, then please keep reading.

At M3PT our patients’ whole body health is our whole purpose. And we are growing our team with people who are inspired by this purpose.

Our patients are our number #1 priority, truly, and we strive to provide a caring environment and treatment plans that are individualized to each patient’s needs. Because they really are our first priority, we make decisions that put our patients first and sometimes aren’t the simplest or most efficient for us.

We work closely with a supportive group of referring physicians to get the best outcomes for our mutual patients. That means collaborating and communicating with them and their teams.

Following are our Core Values and they underpin our culture. We tell Core Values Stories at our 1 on 1 meetings, use them in our hiring and review processes, and they are a key component in your job description.
